I decided to disable my Neocities' site profile again.
I just, didn't like it.

Neocities has been slowly turns into a social media. Too "noisy" for my taste.

At the end of the day, the introverted and socially awkward me still prefer to be alone...

You can't escape politics. Even here in Neocities.
I'm tired boss.

I'd love to see a platforms or communities on the internet that forbid ANY kind of politics.
A place where everyone can have fun without those IRL BS.

Impossible.

I've been having trouble with my site all day.

The site just won't update, and it's IP related.
I could only see the changes if I visits my site with VPN. Without it, I can't.
Tested with PC and android.

inZOI's new update is finally up.

And... do I really need to install EGS launcher to use the modkit?
I am aware that the game is made with the blazing great Unreal Engine 5, but this is still annoying.
Can't the devs host the kit themself as an alternative at the very least?

I didn't expect a Juicy J & Logic full tape collab, and I just found out that they've teased the project for years(!?)

After a week of coding, I finally hit a wall.
As a surprise to no one: It's javascript related.

So, I want to implement a "tab" feature within a page, and I don't know how to do it.
AND, I don't know what that thing is called.

Edit: I found it, and it's actually called tabs...
How TO - Tabs

Apparently, I played NieR once back in 2018 for a hour and a half, and dropped it afterward.

I tried it for the second time today, and I still don't like it much.
The story is interesting, but the overall gameplay is just... meh.

So, I play as a dad whose daughter is stricken with a life-threatening, incurable disease. And what did I do?
Picking herbs, hunting goats, fishing, and delivering mails.

The Monster Hunter-esque gameplay & mechanic kind of ruins the story pacing & sense of urgency.
Should I skip those side quest?

There is something that I really want to try for a while:
Playing games in easy difficulty.

The reason is, I think I've come to the point where I don't feel "young" anymore. I didn't enjoy my hobbies as much as I did before. That's especally for gaming & anime things. Or maybe, it just a simple burnout?
Case in point: I beat 21 games in 6 month. Almost the same amount of games that I did in the whole 2024.
And yet, there's no end in sight for my backlog. It just keeps piling.

I have a goal in mind right now: To play games as much as I can, while still having fun.
And hopefully easy mode will help me to accomplish that.

So, I tried to make a button, with Photoshop.
Featuring a certain weirdo from Saku-Saku VN.

Kind of rough, but still looks nice!

It took me three(!!!) days to re-code the whole site, and I think I almost done already!

Ah shit, here we go again...

I've been on Neocities for over a year now, and I've yet to finish building this godawful site.
And this is my SECOND time rebuilding the site from scratch! Or maybe third? I can't even remember.

My plan now is to make the site simple as much as possible, while putting greater emphasis on "content".
I don't really have the desire to go "retro" or "flashy". A simple B&W is more than enough (accent color is not final).
