• Nah, the pain is still there.
  It's nothing serious, just a little hurt when it bends.

Got into lil' accident today.
I slipped and slammed my left knee into the wall real hard.
And I was about to go working out.
The plan goes on, but no running.

Luckily, there's a remedy for the throbbing pain.
And it's the Palm Oil Family episode that aired today!

In all seriousness, I hope the pain will go away tomorrow.
